Printer offline in Windows 10 (Solved)

  1. Click on Pending prints and cancel all pending prints (bottom right tray icon) 
  2. Turn off printer
  3. Search for services
  4. double click on Print Spooler
  5. Automatic for Startup type, then click Stop and then Start 
  6. Turn printer back on
