No High Performance Power Plan in windows 10 (solved)

  1. search regedit
  2. expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / ControlSet001 / Control / Power
  3. Right click on CsEnabled
  4. Modify change from 1 to 0
  5. Click ok
